At Arbor&Troy, we strive to deliver your purchases with excellent service and flexibility, every time. Most of our furniture items will be delivered door-to-door, where we will carefully unpack and inspect each item, place it in your room of choice, and provide assembly. For added convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt.
Our Customer Service Associates will contact you to arrange for a delivery appointment that is convenient to you.
We will deliver all items within the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi areas free of charge.
For deliveries to areas other than the above mentioned locations, our Customer Service Associates will contact you to arrange for your preferred delivery methods and such will be subject to prevailing market trucking rates. Deliveries from our warehouse to the trucking company within Jabodetabek area will be provided free of charge.
Arbor&Troy will not be held liable for any delays or damage incurred in circumstance that is beyond our control once the items have been transferred to your delivery vendor of choice.

Note: While every care will be taken to meet the delivery schedule, all delivery dates with customer are estimation and subject to change. Arbor&Troy will not be held liable for any delays incurred in circumstance that is beyond our control such as shortage of materials, delay shipment, and clearance at harbor and payment. After payment completion, goods must be delivered within 7 (seven) days. In case of no delivery after seven days, Arbor&Troy reserves the right to allocate the product for other purposes. The customer will be notified through email and/or sms prior to this action. The customer order will be treated as a new order, which will be initiated upon customer request. In the case of no delivery after such initiation, the order will be considered void and down payment will be forfeited.
