ORDER TAKING AND PAYMENT REGULATION
Order will be processed after all information needed is provided i.e. no pending information AND Arbor&Troy has confirmed the receipt of 50% down payment from the customer. The remaining balance is due within 7 (seven) days of completion notification.
Where customer fail to fulfil the remaining balance within the specified time, Arbor&Troy reserve the right to allocate the product for other purposes. The customer will be notified through email and/or sms prior to this action. The customer order will be treated as a new order, which will be initiated upon customer request and fulfilment of the remaining balance. Should new order not be initiated after 6 (six) months, the order will be considered void and down payment will be forfeited.
Arbor&Troy reserves the right to change the price without prior notice. Published price are net and do not include shipping, crating, insurance, storage, or any other necessary fees.
All items delivered are not exchangeable or refundable.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
In the case of order cancellation, down payment is not refundable. Custom orders and upholstery may not be canceled. Order cannot be modified once the order is confirmed.
While every care will be taken to meet the delivery schedule, all delivery dates with customer are estimation and subject to change. Arbor&Troy will not be held liable for any delays incurred in circumstance that is beyond our control such as shortage of materials, delay shipment, and clearance at harbor and payment. After payment completion, goods must be delivered within 7 (seven) days.
In case of no delivery after 7 (seven) days, Arbor&Troy reserves the right to allocate the product for other purposes. The customer will be notified through email and/or sms prior to this action. The customer order will be treated as a new order, which will be initiated upon customer request. In the case of no delivery after such initiation, the order will be considered void and down payment will be forfeited.
Arbor&Troys delivers all items within the Jabodetabek areas free of charge. Deliveries outside Jabodetabek are subject to prevailing market trucking rates.
The customer is responsible to ensure that the goods purchased will fit into their intended destination, including lift, doors, stairs and so forth. Any necessary alteration will be subject to additional charges for material, labor, shipping, and administrative cost.
All Arbor&Troy items are carefully inspected prior to delivery. All claims, including defects, or errors must be made in writing within 3 (three) working days from the date of delivery.
Arbor&Troy is warranted against manufacturing structural defects for 6 (six) months from the date of delivery. However, the natural tone and character of every wood will vary, and will subtly affect the character of each piece. This warranty does not extend to fabric and leather, included the ones provided by the customer. During warranty period, Arbor&Troy will repair and replace defective items free of charge; delivery or shipping charges may apply. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from accident, misuse, tempering, alteration, negligence, abuse of ordinary wear and tear.
Arbor& Troy has the right to change the existing terms and conditions without prior notice.
